Email phishing scam targets USAA members

Scammers are sending out an email that looks as though it is from USAA to steal your personal information.
Some USAA members have received the email, which asks you to "Click here to register and secure your account," according to USAA. Those who click on the link are asked for their PIN, card number, billing address and other important information.
"Although the email includes a USAA logo and appears to be from USAA, it is not. USAA will not ask for any personal or account information, including PINs or passwords, in an email," according to a story posted on USAA's website Thursday evening.f you receive an email supposedly from USAA that looks suspicious, feel free to report it at:
